Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing or using AlgoDeploy ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Software.

2. License

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use AlgoDeploy for personal or commercial trading on your own accounts. You may install the Software on up to three (3) machines you personally control.

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Software or your license key
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Software
• Use the Software to provide trading services to third parties
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or disclaimers

3. Nature of the Software

AlgoDeploy is software infrastructure for algorithmic trading. It is NOT investment advisory software. The Software does not provide, generate, recommend, or distribute trading signals, investment advice, or financial recommendations of any kind. You are solely responsible for all trading strategies, decisions, and outcomes.

4. No Investment Advice

Nothing in the Software, documentation, marketing materials, or communications from AlgoDeploy constitutes investment advice, a trading recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. Example strategies included in documentation are for educational illustration only and are not recommendations.

5. Risk Acknowledgment

Trading securities involves substantial risk of loss. By using AlgoDeploy you acknowledge that:

• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Past performance (including backtest results) is not indicative of future results
• Hypothetical performance results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes
• Software bugs, connectivity failures, or broker issues may result in unintended trades or losses

6. Subscription Services (Optional)

Optional subscription services are billed monthly ($9.99/mo) or annually ($99/yr). You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The core Software license is permanent and unaffected by subscription status.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the initial Software purchase. To request a refund, email support@algo-deploy.com within 30 days of purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ALGODEPLOY, ITS CREATORS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.

10. Third-Party Services

AlgoDeploy integrates with third-party brokers (e.g., Alpaca Markets) and data providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
