AlgoDeploy is desktop software that runs locally on your machine. We are committed to collecting as little data as possible. This policy explains what we do and do not collect.

2. What We Collect

3. What We Do NOT Collect

• Your trading data, positions, account balances, or broker credentials
• Your strategies, backtest results, or configuration
• Usage analytics or telemetry from the Software
• IP addresses or device fingerprints from the Software

AlgoDeploy runs entirely on your local machine. Your broker API keys are stored locally and are never transmitted to us.

4. Website Analytics

The algo-deploy.com marketing website does not use cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Stripe may set cookies during the checkout process, governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Services

We use these third-party services:

• Stripe — Payment processing. See Stripe Privacy Policy.

When you connect the Software to a broker (e.g., Alpaca Markets), your interaction with that broker is governed by their privacy policy, not ours.

6. Data Retention

Purchase records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your email and personal data by contacting us. Stripe retains payment data per their own retention policies.

7. Data Security

We protect your data through:

• No server-side storage of trading data or credentials
• HTTPS encryption on all web communications
• Stripe PCI-DSS compliant payment processing

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time

9. Children

AlgoDeploy is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
