1. Overview

AlgoDeploy is software that runs on your own machine or server. We are committed to collecting as little data as possible. This policy explains what we do and do not collect.

2. What We Collect

3. What We Do NOT Collect

• Your trading data, positions, account balances, or broker credentials
• Your strategies, backtest results, or configuration
• Usage analytics or telemetry from the Software
• IP addresses or device fingerprints from the Software

AlgoDeploy runs entirely on your own infrastructure — your local machine or cloud server. Your broker API keys are stored on your system and are never transmitted to us.

4. Website Analytics

The algo-deploy.com marketing website uses third-party analytics and advertising tools to understand traffic and usage. These tools may set cookies or use similar technologies and collect information such as pages viewed, links clicked, referring source, approximate location, and device/browser type. They do not capture the contents of forms, keystrokes, or payment details. Specifically, we use:

• Google Analytics — website traffic and usage measurement. See Google Privacy Policy.
• HeyCatch — product analytics (pageviews and clicks). See HeyCatch.
• Reddit Pixel — measures the effectiveness of Reddit advertising. See Reddit Privacy Policy.

Stripe may also set cookies during the checkout process, governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. These analytics apply only to the marketing website — the AlgoDeploy software itself runs on your own machine and does not send usage data or telemetry to us.

5. Third-Party Services

We use these third-party services:

• Stripe — Payment processing. See Stripe Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics — Website analytics. See Google Privacy Policy.
• HeyCatch — Product analytics. See HeyCatch.
• Reddit — Advertising measurement (Reddit Pixel). See Reddit Privacy Policy.

When you connect the Software to a broker (e.g., Alpaca Markets), your interaction with that broker is governed by their privacy policy, not ours.

6. Data Retention

Purchase records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your email and personal data by contacting us. Stripe retains payment data per their own retention policies.

7. Data Security

We protect your data through:

• No server-side storage of trading data or credentials
• HTTPS encryption on all web communications
• Stripe PCI-DSS compliant payment processing

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time

9. Children

AlgoDeploy is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. Material changes will be communicated via email or the website.
